Strength Classes

    Strength Hybrid

    Strength Hybrid combines progressive skill work and heavy lifting with a variety of equipment to build functional strength and improve technique. Each class finishes with conditioning and recovery, delivering a well-rounded workout that challenges your body and leaves you feeling strong and accomplished.

    Kettlebells Levels 1 & 2

    The kettlebell is a highly effective training tool for improving total-body strength. Level 1 has no pre-requisites and will teach you everything you need to know to attend Level 2.

    The Mid-Weeker, Week-Ender, & Kick-Starter

    This 60 minute class fuses strength and mobility work, with an extra layer of play. Strength work could include the use of bodyweight, bands, kettlebells and more. Mobility will range from active mobility techniques like FRC to relaxing mobility like yin yoga and breath work. No pre-requisites.

    Queer Strength

    Queer Strength is an accessible and affordable strength practice for members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community and their allies in a non-gendered movement space.

  • The Long Game

    The Long Game

    The long game is a class for those who wants to be able to do the things they love for as long as possible. This class is one that promotes a longer lifespan AND a longer healthspan (the part of a person’s life during which they are generally in good health). This class is for all ages. This class is for anyone keen to take their health into their own hands and approach it from a preventative perspective.

  • Strength Hybrid- Circuit

    Strength Hybrid Circuit follows the progressive skill work and heavy lifting of our regular Strength Hybrid Class while offering the fast pace intensity of HIIT! This class ensures a full-body workout that gets your heart racing and muscles burning.

    The Heavy

    The Heavy is a barbell focused class that will give you the chance to challenge your maximum strength and lift heavy.

    It is recommended that you feel confident with movement mechanics of a deadlift & squat before attending this class.

    The Jungle Gym - Calisthenics

    Challenge your concept of movement as you explore new ways to build stability and strength. This class fuses bodyweight strength elements like gymnastics, ring & bar work, handstands, and more. No pre-requisites.

    Vital Movement

    Vital Movement focuses on postural restoration, explosive strength, and fall prevention through weight shifting and dynamic movements. This class helps you build strength, adaptability, and confidence, supporting you to move with greater ease and vitality in everyday life.

Mobility Classes

  • Functional Mobility

    Find strength & engagement at your end ranges of motion and improve your joint mobility in a safe way. Commit to a regular mobility practice and we promise you will see great improvements in your performance.

  • Mindful Mobility

    Built on the same foundation as Functional Mobility this class blends intentional movement with mindful awareness to support joint health, easeful motion, and nervous system regulation.

  • Restorative Mobility

    Restorative Mobility is a time for your nervous system to relax. This class will include ball rolling, functional mobility, stretching and other gentle movement that will help you to relieve stress, both physically and mentally. 

  • Mobility Flow

    Mobility Flow blends yoga, functional mobility, breathwork, and mindfulness to improve flexibility, strength, and overall joint health. This class helps you move with greater ease and fluidity, enhancing both your physical well-being and connection to your body. goes here

Yoga Classes

    Functional Flow

    Functional Flow was created out of the desire to integrate current movement research into the traditional Vinyasa Flow practice. This class is accessible for all levels.

  • Yin Yoga

    Slow, guided stretching to create space in your body & calm your mind. This class targets connective tissues, like tendons and ligaments.
