With a focus on hips, shoulders, and spine, plus nervous system resets and mindfulness woven in, you’ll leave class feeling more mobile, grounded, and connected. I’m very inflexible. Is this the right class for me?
Yes! Our coaches will provide you with personalized and accessible experience in a group setting. In addition to flexibility, classes focus on building strength at end ranges of motion and within connective tissues.
How do classes vary between different coaches?
Each coach programs based on their own knowledge and experience, and they will ensure that they provide a tune up to all key parts of the body.
