Welcome to Third Space
A guide to everything you need to know about Third Space including what to expect, our studio locations, and more
First Time at Third Space?
Stepping into a new studio can feel exciting and sometimes a little intimidating. At Third Space Movement, we’ve done our best to create a regulated environment that’s welcoming, supportive, and inclusive for everyone. Whether you’re brand new to fitness, rediscovering movement after a break, or a seasoned athlete, you’ll find a place to move, play, connect, and belong here.
What to expect:
We’re not your typical gym. At Third Space, we believe in developing physical literacy before physical fitness — giving you the skills, awareness, and confidence to move effectively in all kinds of ways, from lifting and balancing to breathing and recovering. Our classes combine strength, mobility, conditioning, and play to help you feel stronger, move better, and live with more vitality. With kettlebells, barbells, bodyweight training, yoga-inspired movement, and breathwork, you’ll always find variety, but never intimidation or competition. Our coaches meet you where you’re at, offering clear guidance, supportive progressions regressions, and options for every level so you can build fitness on a foundation of strong, capable movement.
How to get started:
The best way to try us out is with our Intro Pass — 2 weeks of unlimited classes for just $60. It’s the perfect chance to explore the variety of class types we offer, meet our wide range of educated coaches, and discover what feels right for you! Learn more about our options here
What to bring and wear
Wear comfortable clothing: anything you can move freely in!

Indoor shoes are optional: all classes are encouraged to be done either barefoot or in socks. We train barefoot to help you build stronger feet, improve balance, and increase proprioceptive feedback for more effective movement output.
No need to bring equipment: you can feel free to bring a yoga mat if you’d like however all equipment will be provided to you

During Class
Our coaches will guide you every step of the way — from warm-up to cool-down. You’ll be shown options for each movement, so you can choose what works best for your body. You’re never expected to keep up with anyone else and always encouraged to take breaks, ask questions, and most importantly, have fun!
