The Long Game is a class for those who want to be able to do the things they love for as long as possible. This class is one that promotes a longer lifespan AND a longer healthspan (the part of a person’s life which they are generally in good health). This class is for anyone keen to take their health into their own hands and approach it from a preventative prescriptive.
