1-on-1 personal training offers the space for you to work with a coach 1 on 1 to satisfy your specific needs and goals. Each session will be designed just for you and will progress overtime as you build new strength, mobility and confidence.

Tianna Andrews
Tianna has always been deeply passionate about movement and the mind-body connection. Growing up active in sports, she discovered yoga at 18 and quickly fell in love with the balance, strength, and mindfulness it brought. Over the years, her practice has evolved to include strength training, acroyoga, handstands, and functional mobility, blending discipline with play.
Tianna is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, OFNC Fitness & Nutrition Coach, 500-Hour Yoga Teacher, AcroYoga Instructor, Reiki Level 1 & 2 Practitioner, and FRC Mobility Specialist.
She loves helping others connect more deeply to their bodies, whether that means building their first handstand, improving mobility, deepening breath and mindfulness, or cultivating overall strength, health, and well-being. Tianna also offers personalized nutrition coaching, helping clients find balance and sustainability in their approach to food and fitness.
Her mission is to guide others toward feeling empowered, capable, and aligned, inside and out.
Julia Cole
Julia is an Athletic Therapist, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and Yoga Teacher whose coaching mindset is rooted in evidence-based movement, education, and empowerment. She believes that strength training, mobility, and mindful movement all play vital roles in helping people move better, feel stronger, and build long-term resilience.
In each session, Julia provides personalized coaching that meets clients where they’re at — whether the goal is injury prevention, performance enhancement, or simply feeling more confident in daily movement. Her approach emphasizes quality movement, progressive strength, and a balance between effort and recovery to support each individual’s unique goals.
Emily Smith
Emily blends strength training, mobility, and mindfulness to help people feel strong, capable, and deeply connected to their bodies. Her approach combines evidence-based movement with intuitive awareness—supporting clients in building resilience, preventing injury, and finding confidence through movement.
With certifications in Kettlebell, Functional Mobility, Yoga, and Meditation, Emily weaves together science and spirit in her coaching. Each session is an invitation to explore balance—between effort and recovery, structure and play, strength and softness. She meets clients where they’re at, creating a grounded and supportive space to move well, breathe deeply, and grow with intention.
Emily believes movement is more than just exercise—it’s a practice of connection: to self, to community, and to the moment. Her goal is to help people not only train smarter but also move through life with more awareness, ease, and vitality.
Kendall Korsch
Kendall is a passionate strength and mobility coach dedicated to helping people move well, feel strong, and build long-term resilience. With a foundation in Kinesiology and certifications in Kettlebell and Functional Mobility Teacher Trainings, she combines evidence-based coaching with an approachable, inclusive style.
Her sessions are designed to meet each client where they’re at, whether the goal is improving strength, enhancing mobility, preventing injury, or simply feeling more at home in their body. Kendall focuses on quality movement, intentional progression, and the balance between effort and recovery to help clients move through both training and daily life with confidence.
As both a coach and community leader at Third Space, Kendall fosters an environment that’s supportive, challenging, and real. She believes that movement should be empowering, accessible, and a source of connection—to self, to others, and to the joy of moving well.
Carly Greene Hill
Carly blends movement education, creativity, and connection to help people feel grounded and inspired in their practice. With a background in yoga, mobility, and strength training, she believes movement is more than physical—it’s a way to connect with yourself, your community, and your sense of possibility.
In her sessions, Carly meets people where they’re at, creating inclusive spaces that encourage curiosity and play. Her approach integrates mindful strength, mobility, and flow, balancing challenge with ease and effort with recovery.
Drawing from her experience as a writer and event creator, Carly brings thoughtful language, creativity, and presence to her coaching. She empowers clients to move with confidence, build resilience, and carry that sense of vitality into everyday life.

Brandon Sherbrook
Brandon is a seasoned movement coach who brings both depth and lightness to his work. With certifications as a mobility specialist, kettlebell coach, yoga teacher, and personal trainer, and over a decade of experience, he helps clients move with greater intention and less pain.
He believes fitness is not just about lifting heavier or moving faster, but about showing up with curiosity, staying young at heart, and remaining connected to self and community. His coaching approach encourages people to explore their capacity with purpose and play, whether they’re training in the studio, hiking on the island, or surfing the coast.
In each session, Brandon offers support, clarity, and a sense of ease. He designs programs focused on smart strength, quality movement, and meaningful mobility, tailored to each person’s unique goals, whether that means recovering from injury, improving performance, or simply feeling more capable in daily life.
Katie Thacker
Katie Thacker is the co-owner of Third Space Movement and a movement educator who blends science, mindfulness, and heart in her approach to coaching. With a background as a competitive gymnast and over a decade of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, Katie brings a deep understanding of strength, mobility, and the nervous system to her work. She is a certified kettlebell coach, yoga and meditation teacher, mobility specialist, and Reiki Master.
Katie believes movement is a pathway to awareness and connection—to self, to others, and to life. Her coaching focuses on building strength and resilience through intelligent programming, mindful practice, and intentional recovery. Whether working one-on-one or leading teacher trainings, Katie meets clients where they’re at, creating space for growth, curiosity, and confidence.
