Strength Hybrid - Circuit is a high-intensity class designed to help you build a powerful foundation with a blend of progressive skill work and strength conditioning, all capped off with recovery to leave you feeling strong and balanced. With a focus on getting your heart racing and muscles burning, we incorporate equipment such as kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, rings, resistance bands, dowels, and your own body weight to challenge your muscles and improve your mechanics.
