I move because: For fun, for community. I want to share the joy and freedom of movement, that it can be fun, exciting, playful and silly. I want to give back to my queer and trans community by holding a space we can be ourselves. 

Qualifications:

• Third Space Kettlebell Teacher Training (lvl 1)

• 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training

• RockTape FMT Basic

• BCAK practicing kinesiologist

• BSc in Human Kinetics (University of Ottawa)

• NCCP Triathlon Community Coach
