Our treatment rooms come fully furnished and rates include wifi, electricity/hydro, partial greeting services (dependant on front desk hours), charting space outside of treatment room, equipment storage, central location, free off-street parking, a discounted Third Space Movement membership, and more.

Head Quarters Movement Space
Size: 673 sq. ft.
Rate: $15-20 per hour for 1-on-1, shared rental
$75-100/hr for private rentals
Our biggest space is perfect for larger events, training, and workshops. Comes with lots of equipment, including: benches, boxes, medicine balls, slam balls, barbells and plates, kettlebells, battle ropes, yoga props, and more. There is a large bay door that can open up in warmer weather.
Esquimalt Movement Space
Size: 1600 sq. ft.
Rate: $17-25 per hour for 1-on-1, shared rental
$100-$150/hr for private rentals
