Peak Conditioning


Peak Conditioning is an opportunity for you to challenge your cardio and endurance. In this high energy class we will use a fusion of dynamic and static movements to support in building your aerobic and anaerobic capacity. Options for bodyweight, banded or weighted exercises will be offered. Expect to get sweaty and move at a faster pace, all while maintain technique to keep your body safe.

Each class emphasizes progressive skill execution, giving you the tools to move better, grow stronger and leave you with that satisfying post-workout glow.

No prerequisites are needed for this class.

What if I find I can’t do an exercise?

Our coaches will offer options and work with you to offer alternatives that will allow you to build skill and strength or to support the recovery of an injury.

Is this only a cardio based class?

Not at all! You’ll explore elements of mobility, power, endurance, and dynamic movement. All while getting a great workout!
