Occupational therapy is about function: helping you take part in the meaningful occupations that make up your life. These include caring for yourself, sleeping well, managing your home, working, connecting with others, and doing the things that bring you joy. When a physical, cognitive, or mental health challenge makes those activities harder, an OT looks at the whole picture: you, what you want to do, and the environment you're doing it in. From there, we find practical, lasting ways for you to get back to the activities that matter. It's meaningful activity to live well, work well, and be well.

We begin with a conversation about what you need, want, or have to do, and what's standing in your way. Together, we set personalized goals that reflect your values and priorities, then build the skills, strategies, and tools to reach them. Every plan starts from where you are today and moves at a pace that feels right for you.

Tunes to connect to:

Vance Joy, Myles Smith, Ed Sheeran: anything with lyrics that speak to the soul and make you want to get up and dance!

Words to connect to:

“Connect. Empower. Thrive.”

I connect because:
It's a privilege to watch people discover their own superpowers, in that lightbulb moment when someone realizes they're more resilient and capable than they ever imagined. I'm passionate about being both educator and perspective-shifter, helping people reframe their experiences and see possibilities where they once saw only obstacles. My role isn't to fix anyone. It's to help you recognize the strengths, skills, and resources you already have, explore new ones, and discover new ways to use them. Every client teaches me something new about resilience, creativity, and the amazing ways humans adapt and thrive.
