Arriving

Please park your car in the free designated parking spots between 7:00 a.m and 5:00 p.m Monday through Friday, or lock up your bike right out front.

Step into our welcoming space, kick off your shoes, and make yourself at home! We’re a barefoot and sock-friendly studio, embracing the benefits of direct proprioceptive feedback to enhance movement quality and strengthen the entire foot and ankle complex as we train.

As you wait for your class in the movement space or appointment upstairs in our recovery clinic, feel free to take a seat on the couch and connect with our community.

Informational sign about parking, featuring layout of parking spaces with areas marked 'Reserved.' Instructions to avoid parking in reserved spots from 7AM-5PM, Monday to Friday. Includes 'third space' logo.
