At Third Space Movement Recovery Clinic in the Nest for a 1-1 session focused on the things that you need to, want to, or have to do … and the challenges standing in your way. Then let’s create a plan together to tackle the challenges and build the skills and tools that will empower you to meet your goals. My goal is to meet you where you are at in your journey, walk beside you, and unveil your inner superhero so you can tackle any challenge that is standing in your way!
Tunes to connect to:
Vance Joy, Myles Smith, Ed Sheeran… anything with solid lyrics that speak to the soul andmake you want to get up and dance!
Words to connect to:
“The Waiting Place…
…for people just waiting.
Waiting for a train to go or a bus to come, or a plane to go or the mail to come, or the rain to go or the phone to ring, or the snow to snow or waiting around for a Yes or a No or waiting for their hair to grow.
Everyone is just waiting.
Waiting for the fish to bite or waiting for wind to fly a kite or waiting around for Friday night or waiting, perhaps, for their Uncle Jake or a pot to boil, or a Better Break or a sting of pearls, or a pair of pants or a wig with curls, or Another Chance.
Everyone is just waiting.
NO! That’s not for you!
Somehow you’ll escape all that waiting and staying.
You’ll find the bright places where Boom Bands are playing.
Oh the places you’ll go, today is your day! Your mountain is waiting. So … get on your way!”
- Dr. Seuss
I connect because:
It’s an incredible privilege to witness people discover their own superpowers. There’s nothing quite like that lightbulb moment when someone realizes they have more resilience, strength, and capability than they ever imagined. I’m passionate about being both educator and perspective-shifter, helping people reframe their experiences and see possibilities where they once saw only obstacles. My role isn’t to fix anyone—it’s to empower people to recognize they already have an incredible toolkit of resilience, skills, and resources at their disposal. Sometimes we just need to dust off those tools and learn how to use them in new ways.
Every client teaches me something new about resilience, creativity, and the amazing ways humans adapt and thrive.
