I connect because:
My moral compass and social justice values are deeply founded in community, connection and reciprocity. The community is both a need and a resource, and most importantly, this is the level of society where we can take action, influence and make a positive impact on one another.
Community is pleasure, connection, but also safety, security and basic survival. In community, we not only center ourselves but we care and take responsibility for each other, trusting that we are also held in this way.
Qualifications:
In all of the work I do, I facilitate embodiment that is informed by the cycles of life, Earth's seasons, life transitions, and I always work to meet students and clients where they are at. I get excited when I see them take up space and authentically build the life that they want to create. I began my teaching journey while working to support people with mobility restrictions and have a lot of experience creatively modifying and connecting with people of all ages, interests and abilities.
