Tunes to move by: Personally, I love moving to music that makes me feel happy (mostly folk and country) because that’s when I move my best. Although, I do appreciate some intense workout bangers when I’m going for a personal best in the gym!

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA

  • Neurokinetic Therapy Level 1 Practitioner 

  • 70hr Kettlebell Teacher Training
