Arpita (she/her)
Connect with her:
In slow, intentional spaces, on the mat, at the massage table, in conversation, and in the quiet moments where the body finally feels safe enough to soften.

Tunes to connect to:
Soft devotional music, lo-fi instrumental, Indian classical ghazals and folk music, grounding playlists, and the frequent throwback to Old School 80’s and 90’s Gangster Rap and R&B because I was raised in New Jersey after all. (And joy is medicine too!)
Words to connect to:
Care is political. Rest is resistance. Tradition is not static.
We don’t heal in isolation, We heal in relationship and community.
I connect because:
Everything has always been about relationship: to body, to ancestry, to land, to culture, to truth. My work is about helping people reconnect to themselves in ways that are embodied, honest, and deeply human, while gently (and sometimes playfully) questioning the systems that taught us to disconnect in the first place. Yes, that means I’m the girl who’s always talking about anti-racism and decolonization, because when nearly everything was colonized, it turns out we do have to look everywhere.
